2: Is the shipping and product cost the final total I will have to pay?

We don’t have any hidden fees or taxes, the shipping and product cost of the items your purchase is all you will have to pay at checkout. 

However, each country has different import duties and taxes regulation that the customer may be liable to pay when the parcel is received.

If you are not too sure about the regulation, please contact us for more specific information on duties and taxes.

3:  Payment

Credit Cards

Currently we accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, JCB, Amex etc. Credit Card will be processed via Shopify Payment Secure Server. 


We also accept payment via Paypal for your convenience.

If you would like to pay using other payment methods other than Credit Cards or Paypal, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Payment Currency (JPY)

In order to see the product and shipping costs of the items you are interested in, we offer an online exchange rate conversion tool. 

Please note, any prices in your currency of choice may change with fluctuations of the currency market, however the Japanese Yen price will stay stable and this is the true price. Depending on your credit card / bank or Paypal, the exchange rate is different and your credit card company may charge foreing currency fees etc. Please contact your Credit Card issuer for further details. 

4: Returns

I received the product but I changed my mind. 

If the item you received is in good condition but for whatever reason you realise you have no need for it, we accept returns, provided the product is in original packaging and condition and you notify us in a timely manner of your intention to return. Please email us in this situation and we can give you the return shipping information.

Please note, we cannot refund the sending cost or the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned products we will refund the money back to your Paypal Account / Credit Card (minus shipping cost).

I received the product but product is damaged / parts are missing etc. 

Please contact us with further details (photos are always helpful) and we will do our best to make it right for you. 

For damaged products, we have to claim insurance through Japan Post and this may take a few weeks to process as well as we require your help to submit a claim through your local Post Office from your end also.
